Abstract

With the development of the economy for the purpose of reaching a higher personal and social standard, society is increasingly faced with the problems of efficient disposal of resources. The need for new technologies requires increased exploitation of natural resources along with new projections of the introduction of changes and innovations in terms of more efficient business in the future. We in Bosnia and Herzegovina have not always correctly applied scientific - planning and optimal methods of exploitation of available resources and chosen rational technical - technological solutions. Given that the green economy and sustainable development is imperative for the future, the paper articulates the ways in which organizations are designed to respond to new economic views as a need for sustainable growth through internal change and development. Two projections of changes in organizations that strive to overcome obstacles in terms of introducing new changes and technologies and changing people and culture through innovative processes were looked at. Innovation is a chest full of fascinating new perspectives and insights.
