Scientific discovery (innovation) product begun designing and manufacturing
products, continues to use, and ends the removal of this product. Considering the life cycle of
traffic technical products can be divided into three phases, recycling waste from production,
recycling during use (exploitation), and recycling of your waste (worn out) products. In the
technical project for each product must be displayed, as will the product to work at an end-of- cycle method of disposal on the basis of most rational be, reused or remanufactured into new
raw material. In this paper, from the viewpoint of recycling, includes traffic technical
products and equipment that are dominated by metal and polymer materials. Many years of
experience in recycling traffic technical products, explained the examples of good practice.
The role of recycling is primarily economic, that would be reflected as the environmental,
economic, focused on keeping the stock of non-renewable (primary) source of raw materials,
processing of discarded products. This applies to energy savings in obtaining certain materials
from secondary raw materials. The ecological role is to collect, properly disposed of all traffic
technical equipment and products, and again returned to the production cycle, thus would
reduce the amount of waste disposed in landfills or discarded into the environment.
