Abstract

The international subject of the state is presented throughout history. This paper analyzed in detail the beginnings of the emergence of states that went through different forms - forms of their organization. At the beginning of the work, the forms of state arrangements were dealt with. Most of the states initially went through a unitary arrangement. That's how the state was managed by the monarch, i.e. one person and that's where the art of managing the state stood out. For these reasons, most of the leaders had the goal of expanding the territory. Expansions were made to the detriment of the neighbors at first and then further. The work systematically dealt with centralization and decentralization. Then the state was processed from the aspect of a complex state. In the section, the state is treated as a union of states. And in the end, the state was explained and elaborated through federalism and confederalism. Along with all the explanations of individual forms of state arrangements, examples of states in the world are given.
