Abstract

The aim of this study is to learn about the application of information technologies
(IT) and its intensive development in all aspects of company bussines. IT and its usage have a
big impact on the modern trends, innovations, competitiveness and business efficiency of the
companies. What has been proven on the basis of other studies undertaken is that information
technologies may not be realized as a fashionable trend but must be understood as a flexible
technology inclined to a rapid development. The primary goal of IT is not just for engineers
but it is also essential for decision-makers, where it can be said that this technology
prompted a new way of thinking and behavior of business people and on this basis we created
a new form of bussines. Bussines of the companies take place in the IT infrastructure that
additionally allowed various forms of electronic transactions, affecting the inevitable
transformation of business companies.
