Abstract

The world we live in today is a world of different cultures, parody, or the world of hyperreality, full of phenomena such as the internet. Past few years, telecommunications technology began 
to develop rapidly. Development of information technology, there was a general social interaction, 
was created by something called planetary product availability where all facilities available at all 
times. Thanks to the development of information and communication technology internet has become 
the basis of modern electronic communications, especially strives to become the first medium of 
modern times . Significant technological innovation, especially in the field of data transmission and 
communication, significantly affect the policy, political campaigns and the whole election process. 
From the Internet, as an instrument of rapid transmission of information and communication, was 
expected to provide: reducing the distance between those who make decisions and those on whose 
behalf it is decided, as well as freer, easier access to information for democratic governance of 
societies.
