Abstract

Why does the economy not develop? These answers can only be given by relevant individuals from the real sector, the economy. The government and line ministries can participate in state development with their regulations and legal regulations. In order to develop the economy first one needs to find the cause, that the economy does not develop, if the cause is found, only then development will be successful. Functioning of each system is primarily the best for changes, the way of thinking and the interaction of people working in it. Changes to the best should be incorporated in the development strategy, so that every working day brings some kind of improvement to any workplace. This implies that great successes can come from many small changes (innovations), above all. We are all about change, reform, modernidation, more modern life. The aim of this paper is primarily to stimulate the development and improvement of the economy through the sensible reforms of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
