Abstract

If sovereignty represents the highest state authority of a country, then that authority is reflected in a freedom of the authority to make state important decisions on its own. In another words, sovereignty is one of the essential elements required for existence of a state in terms of being a recognized subject in the international community. Bosnia and Herzegovina still has not managed to take over the responsibility of providing Air Navigation services within its internationally recognized borders. In its history Bosnia and Herzegovina was never responsible for providing Air Navigation services over its airspace. By the decision of Council of Ministers Bosnia and Herzegovina has started an activity to take over responsibility of providing Air
Navigation services. So far all human resource and technical pre-requirements necessary for the takeover of the airspace have been fulfilled. In this paper we have shown the overall organization and how it functions.
